Natural & Timeless Storytelling
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN SWITZERLAND & ITALY
Your wedding day is made up of thousands of fleeting moments – quiet glances, bursts of laughter, hands finding each other in the middle of the chaos. My approach is to let those moments happen naturally and to capture them as beautifully and honestly as I can.
For most of the day, my photography style is a blend of documentary storytelling and timeless, creative portraits. I focus on genuine emotion – the unplanned, unscripted interactions that make your day truly yours. Rather than directing every step, I quietly observe and photograph what unfolds: the atmosphere, the emotions, and the subtle in-between moments that tell the real story.
Before the Ceremony – The Quiet Beginning
The morning is one of my favourite parts of the day. It is filled with nervous excitement, soft light, and anticipation. I’ll move quietly through the room, capturing those little details – your dress hanging near the window, the laughter of your friends, or the moment you see yourself ready for the first time. These images set the tone for the story of your day.

During the Ceremony – Pure Emotion
Your ceremony is the heart of it all. Whether it’s in a small chapel, on a mountain terrace in Switzerland, or at an Italian lakeside villa, my goal is to capture the emotion and connection as it unfolds, discreetly and respectfully. I’ll move gently to document the important moments and the ones you might not see: your partner’s expression as you walk in, your family’s tears, the joy in the air when you say yes.

Family and Group Portraits – Natural and Joyful
After the ceremony, I always set aside a short time for family photos. These are your visual memories of everyone who was there to celebrate with you – the people who mean the most. We’ll keep it organised, quick, and relaxed so you can return to the celebration as soon as possible.

The Apero – Joy and Connection
After the ceremony, everyone finally exhales. The drinks are poured, the laughter gets louder, and hugs come from all directions. During this part of the day, I focus on atmosphere and connection – candid, emotional photographs that capture the joy of everyone being together.

Couple Portraits – Calm, Honest, and Beautiful
This is your moment to breathe, slow down, and be together. I’ll guide you gently into the best light, but the focus is on connection, not posing. I want you to move, talk, laugh, and simply be. The most beautiful images often come from the in-between moments when you forget about the camera and just enjoy being with each other.
Whether we are photographing among the vineyards of Ticino, on the lakeshore in Lugano, or high in the Swiss Alps, I’ll work with the light and the landscape to create portraits that feel timeless, emotional, and uniquely yours.

Speeches, Dinner, and Toasts – The Heart of the Celebration
Once everyone sits down to eat, I take a small break as well – nobody looks their best mid-bite, and it gives me a chance to recharge so I can give my full energy to the next part of your evening.
I’ll stay nearby to capture the moments between courses, the laughter, the emotions during speeches, and all those subtle interactions that make the dinner so meaningful.

Cake and First Dance – The Perfect Finale
When it’s time to cut the cake and open the dance floor, the energy shifts completely. This is where the flash comes out, and I capture the joy, the movement, and the beautiful chaos of the evening. Whether your guests are slow dancing or going wild, I’ll be right there, catching every sparkle and smile.

Where Do We Go From Here
I want you to feel completely at ease – to enjoy your day, be yourselves, and know that I’ll be there quietly documenting it all as it unfolds. Choosing the right photographer is about trust and connection. It’s about finding someone who sees your story and captures it with honesty and heart.
If that feels right to you, I’d love to hear your story.
