This Toulouse destination wedding was an absolute DREAM to photograph! When Somaya and Luc contacted me and asked me to fly out to Toulouse to photograph their wedding in Southern France I was over the moon!
This is one of those weddings that I will remember forever. The wedding was a stunning international celebration with guests coming from all over the world to celebrate. The bride and groom incorporated traditional customs from Tunisia, France as well as their own personal touches for an unforgettable experience that captured everyone’s heart! The couple picked a beautiful venue in southern France that allowed them to create their dream wedding. Somaya is Tunisian and Luc is French, they met in Canada so their wedding was obviously an amazing fusion of both cultures.
There was a berber (Arabic) corner during cocktails, which served as an amazing chillout zone with typical carpets that were brought from Tunisia, where people can sit and relax. They also had Tunisian pastry that was flown from Tunisia! They even drove themself to the wedding with a vintage 2cv Citoen. What else can be more French? 🙂

After the afternoon fun I took the couple for a short wedding session outside of the venue to create some golden hour magic with them. The beautiful warm sunset gave us an amazing opportunity to create some stunning photos together.It was so great seeing how much love these two have for each other and that they are both excited about life together as husband & wife.
It was an incredible day full of beautiful moments, emotional speeches, lots of laughter and love.
